Character history-
Tweak has had a long history of behavioral problems, starting fights, stealing things, destruction of property. And her incidents only increased when one day a freak accident activated a mutated gene in her that gave her super speed.
It was of no surprise to anyone who knew her that she was sent to Super Max Wax, a prison specially designed to hold the most powerful dangerous criminals alive. She was arrested trying to make a quick buck by bringing drugs over the boarder and upon her arrival at Max Wax was kept contained uncomfortably by power regulators and a ball and chain.
The real trouble began a few months after she was locked away, an Alien invasion (not uncommon for their world) was threatening peace and the Alliance of Honor, a team of superheroes had gone to deal with it.
In a shocking display of power the team was destroyed in a matter of minutes on live television no less. Tweak only regretted that she didn't have it on tape to watch again later.
After that incident more news reports came about explaining that it was all a big misunderstanding and that mankind was going to co-operate with the invaders, who were in fact humans from another dimension. The most dangerous man in the prison known as "Zen" could tell from the reports the president was lying and declared that he would not let them do whatever they wanted with Earth because it belonged to him. Thus an escape plan was hatched.
Using an ankle monitor wired to explode Zen blew open a containment unit where the super criminal inferno was set free. Another criminal by the name of Melvin (The Executioner) broke Tweak's bounds and she was free to race about dispatching mechanical defenses at super sonic speed.
A significant group of super villains escaped from the prison that day along with Tweak with Zen at the lead. He had contacted a technological villain known as the Black Knight who picked them up in his jet and took them away.
Zen explained his reasoning, the invaders claimed to only come to take a small fraction of Earth's resources back to their home dimension. If they were to take too much of it people would die and his planet would be ruined. Zen did not like to share. His reasoning got Tweak fired up and she agreed to work with him to dispatch the invaders once and for all.It certainly didn't hurt that the only one who dared to tell Zen no was thrown out of the plane to his death.
Between them they began launching assaults on the invaders water harvesting plants destroying them one by one, even stopping at other prisons to set free super powered criminals to join their cause.
But the invaders struck back in force bombing all the facilities with remaining super villains using the most powerful nukes they had. Between the explosions, shock waves and radioactive fall out over 50 Million people died. Not that Tweak cared much.
The military forces of the Earth tracked down the "Bad Guys" and made them an offer. They would provide as much firepower as they could if Zen would take his team to the invader's mother ship and destroy it. He agreed, but as they prepared for their assault the Bad Guys ship was attacked and shot out of the sky by the invaders.
They were saved by using the super stretchy criminal known as "The Geek" but he died immediately after when the invaders struck him with a flesh eating bacteria. The perfect weapon for him. They had studied their enemy and the invaders had come up with countermeasures for each of them.
Only then, did Tweak begin to worry.
They were captured and it was revealed they had been betrayed by "The Russian" a immortal who was hoping they would be able to kill him in exchange for him betraying the team. They couldn't.
The invaders were set to harvest the super villains DNA....painfully before killing them. However Zen enraged Melvin and set free his strength. With Melvin on a rampage the rest of the team could escape but not before he sacrificed himself to buy them some time.
Free of the Mothership the team began to fall apart when it was revealed the Army had betrayed them. Worse yet Black Knight was actually a hero in disguise. A mole. He and Zen fought, and the other criminals joined in. Zen killed inferno by using the weapon he had designed for the invaders by sucking Inferno in as a power source. Then he tried to turn it on Black Knight but the Russian jumped in front of the blast hoping to die.
Tweak rushed in next hoping to knock Zen off the roof and buy them some time to figure out what to do. Despite her ability to move faster then the speed of sound Zen still sidestepped her and she was too startled to slow down.
She was launched off the rooftop by her own super speed and fell to her death.
Character personality- Tweak is a selfish and cruel person with very little in the world she cares about more then herself. She thinks most humans are useless and less then her because of her abilities.
She takes what she likes and abandons things that she doesn't, including allies.
She is also extremely hot headed and the more angry she gets the less clearly she thinks. As expected from a speedster she feels untouchable and because of that she tends to rush into things without thinking them through as much as she should.
Emotionally she's still very much a child, not having had to grow up or take responsibility for her actions other then the time she spent in lock up.
And while she is proud of herself she is not vain due to her looks, she considers herself plain and believes that what she lacks in looks she makes up for in her speed.
She had a taste of what it felt like to fight for something bigger then herself, But after Zen's betrayal she will be wary of trusting people again.
Digimon personality- Chuumon seems like a pleasent enough soft spoken nervous type...until he's pushed to his breaking point.
As it stands he's normally a likable yesman type, always praising the works of those he has respect for and kissing up in every opportunity. In this sense he's nice and always thinking of those around him before himself.
However when pressured, pestered, or upset in any way he snaps and becomes an excessively violent, angry thing capable of cruelty and with a lust for battle and pain.And if he's dedicated himself to someone and you should speak ill of them? He'll swear vengeance on you and NEVER forget it, even if he acts like he does.
Character abilities- Tweak has the ability to increase her speed to levels beyond that of a normal human. Able to run so fast she can break the sound barrier. Able to accelerate her bodies healing processes, able to throw out one hundred punches in the space of a single punch from a normal man or if she punches at full speed punch through someone's skull like it's made of glass.

Tweak was racing for the horizon, it felt like she was always chasing a sunset or running from a sunrise. But this world was new and different so she had to get the lay of the land.
The little monster that had insisted it was her servant...partner, lackie. It was curled up in a backpack trying not to get sick from how fast she was bouncing him around as she crossed hundreds of miles in a matter of minutes. Seconds.
She stopped at the top of a mountain and gazed out along the dust cloud she had left in her wake. "It all looks so...the same!" She complained. "The only difference so far is you stupid looking monsters."
Chuumon popped his head out of the bag, "There are some areas that are really unique though! Maybe you'd like the chess kingdom? Or Tetha? The one I told you about earlier the flying island?"
"Noheights!" She snapped a bit too quickly and instantly regretted it. Could he tell she was anxious or would he let it pass?
"Well, maybe Neon City then! That's a fast moving big city for you. They never sleep so I hear!"
The name intrigued her, she always love a bright light and some organized chaos.
Without a warning she looked on her map and took off running in the general direction of Neon City. Chuumon yelped as the sudden motion almost caused him to fall out of the bag.

My name's Tweak, and if you know what's good for you you'll stay out of my way. This ain't my world and it ain't my war.
But Ms. Tweak, it is your world now! You're stuck here till you get sent home.
